1. All Sales Are Final. All payments made toward the Dead Honest Retreat are non-refundable. No exceptions. This applies to both the pay-in-full option and the payment plan.
2. Payment Plan Obligations. If you have selected the payment plan, you agree to all four scheduled payments of $1,499 being charged automatically to your nominated card. You are committing to the full amount of $5,996 regardless of whether you attend. If a payment fails, Dead Honest by Cleo reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding balance.
3. No Chargebacks. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In the event of a chargeback, Dead Honest by Cleo will contest it with full documentation of this agreement and your purchase confirmation. You agree to be liable for any fees incurred as a result of a disputed charge.
4. Transferability. Your spot is non-transferable without prior written approval from Dead Honest by Cleo.
5. Date & Itinerary Changes. The retreat date is October 17–22. Dead Honest by Cleo reserves the right to adjust dates, location, speakers, or itinerary. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled entirely by Dead Honest by Cleo, a full credit toward a future retreat will be issued. No cash refunds will be given.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver. The retreat includes physical activities such as cenote swimming, beach volleyball, breathwork, temazcal ceremony, and other experiences. You acknowledge these activities carry inherent risk. You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or loss. Dead Honest by Cleo, its facilitators, partners, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.
7. Medical & Health Responsibility. You confirm you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate. You accept full responsibility for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your participation. Dead Honest by Cleo is not liable for any health-related incidents arising during the retreat.
8. Conduct. Dead Honest by Cleo reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to other attendees or staff. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.
9. Confidentiality. What is shared in group sessions stays in the room. You agree not to disclose personal information shared by other participants outside of the retreat environment.
10. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
