Information you give us directly: your name, email address, and phone number if you submit an inquiry form, join the CLEO VIP List, or apply for a retreat. If you proceed to book a retreat, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: this site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and reliability purposes.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, process retreat applications and bookings, send information you've requested (such as VIP List updates about events and offers), and manage the logistics of a retreat you've booked.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who We Share It With

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider. Payments are processed through Stripe. Both providers handle data under their own privacy and security policies. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Your browser may store minor local data (such as remembering a collapsed menu state) that never leaves your device and is never seen by us.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from the CLEO VIP List at any time using the link in any email we send. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted to us, contact us using the details below.

Retreat Bookings

Information collected as part of a retreat booking (including health or dietary information you disclose for your safety and comfort during the retreat) is used solely for planning and running that retreat, and is shared only with the facilitators and venue staff directly involved in your experience.

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia.
