Through music, movement and nervous system regulation, you’ll gently reconnect with your body, quiet the noise of everyday life and remember what it feels like to move through the world feeling confident, playful, feminine and fully alive.
No two mornings are the same, but every one is designed with the same intention: helping you fall back in love with being a woman.

Each day we’ll explore powerful conversations, immersive exercises and practical tools centred around feminine embodiment, confidence, self-worth, relationships, nervous system regulation, sensuality, boundaries and creating a life that genuinely turns you on.
These aren’t lectures.
They’re the conversations that change the way you see yourself long after you’ve left Tulum.
Throughout the week you’ll experience some of the most unforgettable moments Tulum has to offer, including somatic breathwork, floating sound healing in a private cenote, a traditional temazcal ceremony, a Mayan clay cleanse, beautiful off-site excursions, luxury dining experiences and plenty of time to slow down, breathe and simply enjoy where you are.
For our early bird guests, your experience also includes a private editorial-style photoshoot, capturing the version of you that emerges throughout the week with beautiful images you’ll treasure long after you’ve returned home.
Optional private one-on-one facilitation is also available for women wanting a deeper, more personalised experience.
We’ll begin the week with an unforgettable evening of beautiful food, music, laughter and connection as we celebrate every woman who chose herself enough to say yes.

Why I Created Lovergirl
I don't think women need another retreat. I think they need a reason to fall back in love with their lives.
Somewhere along the way, too many women stopped choosing themselves. Not because they became weaker. Because life got louder. Careers. Children. Relationships. Businesses. Responsibilities. Somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else, they forgot what it felt like to be completely turned on by their own life.
Lovergirl was created to change that. Not with another week of escaping reality. But by showing you what's possible when you slow down long enough to actually enjoy your life again. When you spend your days moving your body because it feels incredible. Sharing beautiful meals. Having conversations that change the way you see yourself. Laughing until your face hurts. Swimming in a jungle cenote. Dancing with women who cheer each other on instead of competing.
And remembering something most of us were never taught: feeling beautiful isn't something somebody gives you. It's something you allow yourself to feel.

No. We are not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. We create the conditions for women to reconnect with themselves. If clinical support is needed, we say so and point you toward it.
No woman is ever forced to share anything. Most women find themselves wanting to by Day 2 or 3. The container does that, not pressure.
An intimate group of 20–30 women. Big enough for real connection. Small enough that every woman in the room is seen.
Most women who come haven't. That's actually the point. Come exactly as you are.
Every morning begins with our signature Lovergirl Ritual, combining somatic embodiment and movement. Throughout the week there’ll be opportunities for movement, dancing, swimming and exploring, but everything is completely optional. Whether you want to move your body every chance you get or spend an afternoon by the pool with a cocktail and a good book, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
